It was 1999 when Zonzini began producing Electric Tracked Stair Climbers. Since then, they have never stopped. Just as the search for the safest and most durable blend to build tracks dedicated to stair transport has never stopped. Over the years, not only has the chemical composition changed, but so has the shape, always with the aim of achieving the highest technical performance. Now is finally the time to put the Zonzini brand on tracks that stand out from all the others on the market.
Zonzini® Tracks are scratch-resistant and non-slip. They guarantee maximum grip and safety on any type of staircase.
Domino Plasmoid is a DIY electric stair climber equipped with high-grip, non-slip, scratch-resistant Zonzini tracks. Unlike a normal wheeled trolley, the tracks ensure maximum load stability during transport and prevent the operator from exerting any physical effort, both on stairs and on flat surfaces. It is equipped with front and rear sensors that automatically detect steps and landings, increasing comfort and safety for the operator. With integrated electric lifting, it allows loading and unloading from the vehicle and reclaiming space on narrow landings.
Domino Plasmoid is a stair climbing robot
Domino Plasmoid is a stair climbing robot suitable for stairs of any material, shape and length. It's equipped with an advanced digital weight calibration system that recognizes the object that it will be transporting and automatically selects the correct and best inclination of that load during the whole transportation process.
It also independently keeps the load's center of gravity in the ideal position, both on the stairs and on flat surfaces.
Domino Plasmoid is a true stair climbing robot designed for maximum comfort and safety for the user. Thanks to its maximum load capacity of 400 Kg (880 lbs), it's ideal for transporting heavy loads on stairs.

Operated with an intuitive joystic
The electric stair climber is a powerful and safe tracked stair climber that is easy and intuitive for anyone to drive and control. It's equipped with a controller joystick, with which you can adjust with precise corrections the direction and the speed of the Domino Plasmoid.
Thanks to the innovative display integrated in the joystick you can find all the information about the status of the trolley in real time such as; the battery charge level, the current slope of the loading base in percentage, the hours that the machine have worked and the selected transport mode, which can be Automatic (inclination selected by the Domino) or Manual (inclination selected by the operator).

It's agile and turns in tight spaces
The tracked stair climber Domino Plasmoid has independent tracks, which is a welcome feature to many workers, as it allows it to rotate 360 degrees quickly and easily on any type of surface.
It also gives freedom to perform a full rotation in an area of only 105 cm2 (42 inches2) and when that's not enough we pair the Domino with the special accessory for narrow landings, the footprint can be reduced even further, to just 75 cm2 (29 inches2).
The electric stair climber can also travel over outdoor surfaces and external stairs with uneven steps, such as those made of stone, typically found in old houses or in mountainous areas.

Stabilization and sensors, a true state-of-the-art technology
Thanks to its ease of use, Domino Plasmoid powered stair climber can really be used by anyone to transport all sorts of goods and equipment. This tracked stair climber has been developed in our proud Zonzini's R&D department, also known as the "Zonzini Lab", designed with high-performance materials and components to ensure years of use and still offer the best technology available.
Domino Plasmoid, in the version with stabilizing arm, represents the highest technology available on the market. Its variant is equipped with step detection sensors on the front and sensors on the stabilizing arm that allows it to maintain constant contact with the floor. This upgrade basically gives even more autonomy to this already innovative stair climber and supports the operator further in what can be the more dedicated steps of the whole transportation process.
Ideal for transporting heavy loads over stairs
Domino Plasmoid allows you to carry heavy objects and materials of any kind up and down staircases without the need for physical effort. It's available in 3 different capacity versions; 160 Kg (350 lbs), 300 Kg (660 lbs), and 400 Kg (880 lbs).
The Zonzini's Plasmoid technology is integrated into each version, and they only differ in power, this means keeping its size and main components the same thought the versions while only compromising in the speed as the less powerful the Domino is, the faster it will be.
If you are carrying heavy loads through stairs of any type, the version with a load capacity of 400 Kg (880 lbs) is most certainly the better suggested and popular.
The best way to move heavy loads up stairs
Safety during any sort of load transportation, up or down stairs, is a key issue for many companies and workers. Still, Safety and efficiency in stair transportation are also essential aspects to consider and contribute to the success of a moving company or material handling in general.
That's why Domino Plasmoid is designed to allow easy and safe transportation of goods like vending machines, HVAC systems, water heaters, lift winches, safes, and many other types of the heavy and difficult objects on any staircases.
It is an electric stair climber that allows you to effortlessly manage the entire transportation process: from the vehicle to the stairs, to the house or site.

Make your trolley perfect with accessories specifically designed for every need.
It is interchangeable with the standard one and allows you to extend the working autonomy of the device.
It is applied to the structure of the stair climbing trolley and allows you to transport high loads such as doors and windows so they can be rotated with respect to the crawler track axis.
It is useful in the case of vans with low loading height. This accessory allows goods to be loaded/unloaded from the van while outside, so that the photocopier dictates the limits of space, without the trolley affecting this. The stair climber directly climbs up on this accessory using the crawler tracks. This accessory is equipped with a telescopic structure that allows the feet to be adjusted according to the height of the van, and moves on swivel wheels.
Simple and easy-to-use. It offers the advantage of avoiding the first step of the next flight of stairs and to manoeuvre the load in even narrower spaces.
It is used to move the load in a tilted position on the van. It is ideal for long loads on relatively low vans. It is attached directly to Domino Plasmoid’s frame and is equipped with swivel wheels.
It is required to load and unload the goods from the van by using Domino Plasmoid and Domino Plasmoid Stabilized. The dimensions are 67 cm x 8 cm x 200 cm and it has a capacity of 600 Kg.
This accessory provides load support on four wheels, therefore it is suitable for the manual transport of loads on uneven surfaces such as roads, pavements, etc. When you have reached the stairs, the wheeled base allows you to start directly going up the stairs, without wasting any time and without any effort.
It is a special base that allows the support base of the load to be increased. It can be extended in width up to 80 cm.
Base for photocopiers adjustable in width up to 80 cm / 31 Inch and in length up to 70 cm / 27 Inch, equipped with detachable ramps for loading the photocopiers. It adapts to most photocopiers on the market and has a 400 kg / 881 Lb load capacity. It applies to Domino Plasmoid only.
Base for photocopiers, adjustable in width up to 80 cm / 31“ and length up to 70 cm / 27“. Fitted with wheels for better and more convenient movement on flat surfaces, it also has removable ramps to load the photocopiers. It adapts to the majority of the photocopiers on the market and has a load capacity of 400 kg. It only applies to Domino Plasmoid.
